Bison Bank has initiated a new term of the Board of Directors running until 2029, keeping António Henriques at the head of the Executive Committee as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Lisbon, October 1 – Bison Bank announces today the entry into office of its new Board of Directors for the 2026–2029 term. The body brings together a team with extensive national and international experience in the financial sector, with a special focus on banking.
Bian Fang continues as Chairman of the Board of Directors, with Issuf Ahmad serving as Vice-Chairman. Executive board members António Henriques and André Rendeiro, who transition from the previous term, also make up the body, alongside Jorge Raminhos and Nuno Correia, who assume their roles after several years in senior positions at Bison Bank. Non-executive board members Ana Maria Machado Fernandes and Susana Bento, who are joining the bank for the first time, also join the Board of Directors, alongside Jenny Wang, who remains in her position from the previous term. The Board of Directors is supported by Marta Franco in the role of Company Secretary.
The Executive Committee continues to be led by António Henriques as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), ensuring the continuity of the Bank’s sustainable growth strategy. André Rendeiro maintains his role as CRO, while Jorge Raminhos and Nuno Correia take on the roles of CTO and CBDO, respectively.
The executive team increases to four members, with complementary skills in strategy, business development, technology, operations, financial control, and internal control, thereby strengthening the bank’s capacity to successfully implement its business model.
The executive team’s focus will remain on serving its high-net-worth individual and institutional clients, both domestic and international, in the areas of private banking, corporate advisory, depository banking, and digital assets, built on the development of relationships with its strategic partners as well as the use of an increasingly technological and innovative foundation.
The new composition of the Board of Directors also strengthens its governance structure in supervisory areas, with an increase in the number of non-executive members to five, providing the bank with a greater capacity to face the challenges of an increasingly regulated financial sector in constant transformation.
