Our Logo
Our logo has origin in the Chinese character “貝 (bei)”.
It has the meaning of seashell or conch, which refers to an ancient currency in Chinese culture symbolizing wealth and preciousness.
The structure of our logo features the swirl of three connected conches, with a stable triangle embedded in a round shape, representing integration, harmony, dynamism, progressiveness and flow. The reddish orange colour represents a sign of vitality and energy.

The Bank is wholly owned by the Hong Kong based Bison Capital Holding Company Limited, through Bison Capital Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited, a financial holding company registered in Hong Kong.
