Master´s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Murdoch University in Australia.

Mr. Bian has more than 30 years of experience in investment banking and commercial banking across Hong Kong, Singapore, London and Beijing. Former positions held include Chief Executive Officer of Bison Finance Group Ltd. (2018) and Member of the Management Committee at Bison Capital Financial Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd. (2017-2018). Between 2013 and 2018, within the Bank of China International (BOCI) Group, Mr. Bian held positions including Non-Executive Director and Responsible Officer at BOCI Asia Co., Ltd., Executive Director and Responsible Officer at BOCI Securities Ltd., Non-Executive Director at BOC International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., Non-Executive Director of BOCI Financial Products Ltd. and Non-Executive Director of BOCI Structured Products Co. Ltd. Also, between 2013 and 2018, he was former Managing Director and Head of Financial Product Division at BOCI.
