You can apply online, via your home banking or mobile application. Log in to your Bison Bank account, select “For you”, choose “Cards”, click on “New card”. After reading and accepting Pecunia Terms & Conditions, the enrollment process occurs, and the request is finalized in a few minutes. You will then be prompted to the initial page, so that you may verify the digital card assigned to your subscribed package, as well as other details (full number, expiration date and CVV2) immediately by clicking the “eye” button.

Yes, you can have up to 15 active cards under your account. You can pass them on to other people, such as a family member. However, please note that the person will only be able to spend the money which you have added to the specific card they received.

If you decide to do so, you can only have a digital card; you don’t have to apply for a physical card. As soon as the digital card is issued, you´ll be able to access all its data promptly (card number, expiry date and CVV2) that you need to use it online, POS devices and in digital wallets, as explained in point 1. “How do I enroll in this package?”. Please note that besides the Digital Card you can always request a physical card, simply by requesting it on your App or home banking. There´s no extra charge for doing so. If you choose to request a physical card, the card will take five working days to arrive at the Bank, where it will await you for security reasons.

For safety reasons, Bison Bank will take custody of all plastic Cards and you will need to stop by and upon ID validation you may collect it. For your convenience, we can also ship it to another address, but only if such an address is certified by our system. This process, in secured mail courier (DHL, UPS, other), will bear an additional cost which you can find listed in our price list section at www.bisonbank.com.
