On October 15th, Bison Bank signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China National Complete Engineering Co., Ltd. (CCEC), in a ceremony that occurred in Macau. Bian Fang, CEO of Bison Bank, and Huang Fuwei, Chairman of CCEC, formalized an agreement that will benefit both institutions for potential oversea businesses within the countries covered by the Belt and Road Initiative.
CCEC is a subsidiary of the National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH), which is affiliated by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. CCEC is a conglomerate which operates in the areas of infrastructure, machinery, agriculture, petrochemicals, transportation, energy, power, environmental protection, national defense and military fields, amongst others.
